Michael A. Hefner is presently in his twenty-seventh (27th) year in the real estate industry. Mike has developed an extensive list of clients including property owners, financial institutions, developers, investors and users. He has a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of real estate transactions including investment, build-to-suit, development, user sale, and lease transactions. He is committed to providing his clients the highest level of professional service, and as a result has developed a long list of repeat and referral clientele. Over the course of his successful career, Mike has negotiated and completed in excess of 1,000 lease and sale transactions, totaling over 27.7 million square feet with a collective value of more than $1.9 billion.

As the newest addition to the Hefner Team in 2010, Morgan brings sales and account management skills to complement the rest of the team’s 34 years of collective transaction experience.  With an unmatched work ethic and drive, Morgan provides an invaluable “on the street” perspective of the marketplace.  His attention to detail and trustworthiness have already earned him a loyal list of clientele.

PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE

Before joining Voit Real Estate Services, Morgan worked two years as a Sales associate for Volcom Inc. Over the last five years Volcom has grown to become one of the world’s largest action sports apparel brands. As a sales associate, Morgan optimized sales of product through selling, booking at-once and close-out business within the Orange County and Inland Empire territories. Morgan managed these duties by staying abreast of marketplace trends, competitor information, the economic climate and established retail accounts to better promote the product and achieve or exceed fiscal year sales targets.
