MORGAN HILL JOINS VOIT REAL ESTATE SERVICES
ANAHEIM, Calif., (SEPTEMBER 03, 2010) – Voit Real Estate Services, a commercial real estate firm that through its brokerage and asset services professionals provides strategic property solutions scaled to clients’ needs, has announced the addition of Morgan Hill as an Associate in its Anaheim Metro office, according to Kurt Strasmann, Managing Director for Voit’s Orange County region.
Hill will team with Mike Hefner, Executive Vice President, and Mike Vernick, Vice President, at Voit’s Anaheim Metro office and will focus on the industrial market in North Orange County. The Hefner Team has been a leader in commercial real estate sales and leasing transactions in Southern California for the past 20 years.
Hill is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder where he attended the Leeds School of Business and obtained a degree Business with an emphasis in Marketing. Hill is a licensed California real estate sales person. Prior to joining Voit he was with Volcom, Inc.
