SYBRON DENTAL SPECIALTIES LEASES ANAHEIM OFFICE BUILDING FOR $17.3 MILLION

ANAHEIM, Calif., (May 22, 2007) – Sybron Dental Specialties, Inc., a manufacturer of high technology dental, dental implant, and infection prevention products, has signed a ten-year lease for a 166,868 square-foot office building in Anaheim, Calif. for $17.3 million.

Sybron Dental Specialties, Inc. will be consolidating its corporate offices and manufacturing facilities from other Orange County locations into this site.

The high image flex tech building is located at 1515 South Manchester Avenue in the city of Anaheim, Calif., with immediate access to Disneyland, Downtown Disney, Garden Walk and the Platinum Triangle. The building has I-5 freeway frontage and signage, and features amenities such as an on-site cafeteria and gym facilities.

Mike Hefner of Voit’s Anaheim Metro office represented the lessor, 1515 Manchester, LLC. Jeff Read and Greg Osborne of Grubb & Ellis represented the lessee, Sybron Dental Specialties, Inc.
