VOIT COMMERCIAL BROKERAGE CLOSES $3.75 MILLION INDUSTRIAL BUILDING SALE IN ANAHEIM
ANAHEIM, Calif. (October 2, 2007) – Voit Commercial Brokerage, a member of CORFAC International, has directed the sale of a 21,230 square-foot building for $3.75 million.
The building is located at 1265 North Patt Street in Anaheim, Calif., one of the county’s most desirable markets with 44 million square feet of industrial space and a vacancy rate of only 2.5 percent.
The building is located in the North Anaheim Industrial Park, a newly constructed project of 37 buildings. The building had recently been leased for seven years by a credit tenant, making it an ideal long term passive investment.
Mike Hefner of Voit Commercial Brokerage’s Anaheim Metro office represented the buyer, a private investor. Jim DeRegt and Brad Gilmer of Lee & Associates represented the seller, North Anaheim Association, in the transaction.
