VOIT COMMERCIAL BROKERAGE DIRECTS $5.5 MILLION SALE OF IMPERIAL COMMERCE CENTER IN SANTA FE SPRINGS
SANTA FE SPRINGS, Calif. (August 9, 2007) – Voit Commercial Brokerage, a member of CORFAC International, has handled the $5.5 million investment sale of a 51,256 square-foot multi-tenant industrial park situated on 3.45 acres in Santa Fe Springs, Calif.
“This building has enjoyed a history of high occupancy with a seasoned and diverse tenant mix, making it a great investment opportunity,” said Mike Hefner of Voit Commercial Brokerage’s Anaheim Metro office.
“Ninety percent of the land in the city of Santa Fe Springs is designated for commercial and industrial use, making it a thriving industrial community,” added Cameron Driscoll of Voit Commercial.
Imperial Commerce Center is a multi-tenant industrial building comprised of 11 units ranging in size from 1,020 to 11,095 square feet. The building is centrally located at 13808 Imperial Highway between Carmenita Road and Valley View Avenue in Santa Fe Springs, Calif. The project featured major street exposure on Imperial Highway, and is in close proximity to the 5, 91, 605 and 105 freeways.
Hefner and Driscoll, along with Luke McDaniel and Paul Caputo also of Voit Commercial Brokerage’s Anaheim Metro office, represented the seller, Santa Fe Industrial, LLC, in this transaction. Tim Cronin of Lee & Associates represented the buyer, Imperial Park, LLC.
