OF 163,578 SQUARE-FOOT BUILDING IN SANTA FE SPRINGS
SANTA FE SPRINGS, Calif. (April 19, 2007) – Voit Commercial Brokerage, a member of CORFAC International, has directed the sale of a 163,578 square-foot industrial building for $10.8 million in Santa Fe Springs, Calif.
“Located in a desirable industrial market with low vacancy rates, this project offers a large secured yard and excellent freeway access, which makes it a great investment opportunity for the buyer,” explained Mike Hefner, senior vice president of Voit Commercial Brokerage’s Anaheim Metro office who, along with fellow Voit brokers Alan Pekarcik and Dan Vittone, represented the seller, Pioneer-Millergrove Venture, LP.
The property, which was constructed in several phases from 1954 to 1967, was originally a Bell Brands Foods facility. The single-story, multi-tenant building is located at 8808-8840 Pioneer Boulevard and 8825 Millergrove Drive in the city of Santa Fe Springs, Calif.
The buyer, Vernon Avenue Associates, LLC, was also represented by Hefner, Pekarcik and Vittone.
