VOIT COMMERCIAL BROKERAGE DIRECTS SALE OF 79,929 SQUARE-FOOT BUSINESS PARK FOR $10.2 MILLION

 

GARDEN GROVE, Calif., (June 3, 2008)  Burke Real Estate Group, an Orange County-based investor and developer, has acquired a 79,926 square-foot multi-tenant business park situated on 5.29 acres for $10.2 million.

“The fantastic freeway access, visibility from the freeway and abundance of on-site parking make this mixed-use property a solid long-term investment,” explained Mike Hefner, SIOR, senior vice president of Voit Commercial Brokerage’s Anaheim Metro office.

Cedargrove Business Park consists of four buildings totaling 79,929 square feet and is located at 13311 to 13341 Garden Grove Blvd. in Garden Grove, Calif. Cedargrove Business Park is situated in close proximity to The Block at Orange and has immediate access to the 22, 5 and 57 Freeways.

Mike Hefner and Paul Caputo of Voit’s Anaheim Metro office represented the buyer, Cedar Grove Investments. The seller, Herd Partnership, was represented by John Gates of Central DeAnza, LLC.
